This Promotion by ZUJI Hong Kong ("ZUJI") commences on 1 January 2010 00:00am Hong Kong time and ends on 31 December 2010, 12:59pm Hong Kong time (the "Promotion Deadline"). |

Promotion is limited to air, "hot deal" hotel and/or package bookings only. All bookers have to be our weekly newsletter subscribers; otherwise the bookings will not be counted under our loyalty program . |

This promotion will only apply to all ZUJI bookers who have made booking with minimum purchase of HK$2,010 (same as all HK$2,010 mentioned within this campaign, including tax and fuel surcharge, but net total after any other promotional discount, rebate and reimbursement of e-voucher, despite number of passengers, room, night) per each booking (a booking is defined as a unique Trip ID number). |

The bookings need to be made from the same login account (i.e. the email address registered with us) . Separate bookings made with different login account (i.e. email address) will not be counted. Same passenger names and details but book under different email address will be consider as individual email accumulation |

All bookings must be completed (air ticket & package used, hotel stayed) on or before 31 December 2010. |

Booking made and cancelled/refunded afterwards will not be qualified as valid booking in this loyalty program. All unsettled complaint bookings within the campaign period are not eligible for accumulation |

Any Zuji fee, airlines and hotel refund charge, amendment charge are not eligible for this campaign |

All bookers need to fill in the form with all the booking number details, email address and other required details; and have to be submitted to us no later than 31 January 2011. |

Any claim form received after 31 January 2011, will not be entertained. |

ZUJI Hong Kong may need to take 20 - 30 days to issue HK$500 ZUJI evoucher to valid bookers of 5 - 9 bookings. |

ZUJI Hong Kong may need to take 45 - 60 days on the refund HK$2,010 to those 10 times or above bookers to their credit card after verification with the details submitted |

ZUJI in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms or cancel this promotion without notice. ZUJI is not responsible for booking requests received after the promotion deadline as a consequence of telephone or internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads. |

The decision of ZUJI on all matters or queries concerning the Promotion shall be final. |
14. |
ZUJI reserves the right to change these Rules and Regulations from time to time in our discretion without notice. |
