Instructions on "how to enter" form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. By entering this Competition which comprises the submission and voting of preferred entry(s) (the "Competition" or "Campaign"), you declare that you have read, understood and freely agree to all terms and conditions of entry contained herein. You further warrant that the information submitted in your application is true, current and complete. |

The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant ("entrants" or "you") who submits an entry that is not in accordance in anyway with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. |
3. |
The Organizer has the sole discretion to disqualify any entries which it feels does not meet the criteria contained in these Terms and Conditions.The Organizer's decision on all disputes or matters relating to this Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. |
4. |
The Organizer reserve the rights in their sole discretion to pursue legal action against any individual who tampers with the entry process, or who may benefit from such tampering, undertaken activities or other activities harmful to this Competition. |
5. |
Failure by the Organizer to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. |
6. |
NOTE: the Organizer does not place a limit on the number of eligible entries each person ("entrant") is allowed to submit. |

To Enter the Competition:

In order for you to enter the competition, a valid entry must be submitted.Your entry MUST include a Title which meets the specifications below.The other items are optional. |

English language: up to 100 characters
Chinese language: up to 20 characters
Note: the Organizer will, as a rule, not consider entries submitted (in full or in part) containing languages other than English and Chinese.

3. |
The Selection Process
Entries will firstly be reviewed and selected in the following manner & the decision of the Judges will be final and conclusive.
Presentation of Content (50%): the creativity used in the work, its capacity to rouse the travelling spirit, and general presentation of the work will be considered here
Content (50%): originality and the general ability of the work to sway the opinion and feelings of potential customers will be considered here
Based on the criteria above, entries selected will be posted on the Campaign website, and through this, made available for voters to cast their vote. |

Voting Process |

The Voting ("Voting") commences at 12.01 am (Hong Kong time GMT = 8) on 12 Janurary 2010 and ends at 11.59pm (Hong Kong time) on 7 February 2010 ("Voting Period"). |

The Voting is open to the worldwide general public. |
| |
Voters will refer to registered Travelmimi members and each Voter has only one (1) vote ("Vote") for one (1) preferred entry.In the event that your selected preferred entry is deemed disqualified at any point, notwithstanding that you have cast your vote, you will not be eligible to cast another. |

Each Voter may register and vote only once.Voters who attempt to complete multiple registrations on the Travelmimi website (e.g. by using different Identification numbers, passport numbers or multiple email accounts) will be disqualified. |

Any unsolicited and/or fraud voting record will not be counted. |
| |
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Voter if:
The Organizer has reasonable ground to believe the Voter has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or
Invalid, incorrect, inaccurate and/or insufficient information is provided by the Voter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Organizer and their related bodies corporate, and registered travel companies of employees of the Organizer, Event or Advertising or web companies are not eligible to enter this Campaign.The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Campaign Participants. |

Only one (1) winner will be selected based on the above Selection Process.In the case of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be taken as final and conclusive.By submitting an entry into this Competition, you acknowledge and agree to the above stated as a condition of entry. |

The Organizer will attempt to make contact with the prize winner by phone and email using the information provided by the entrants.If the Organizer cannot make contact with the prize winner within fourteen (14) days after the completion of the selection process, the Organizer reserves the right to declare another winning entry in that prize winner's place.In this circumstance, the Organizer has no obligations or liability to the first determined winner and that winner is deemed to have forfeited the right to claim the prize. |

General Conditions

These General Conditions form part of and govern the Terms and Conditions contained herein. |
2. |
All entries have to contain original work.The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any and all entry(s) of a person who is found to have committed plagiarism. |
3. |
If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the entry was submitted. |
4. |
Work which is incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible will be deemed invalid. |
5. |
The Campaign commences on 12 January 2010 12:00pm .Entries close on 5 February 2010 at 11.59PM. Entries will be judged on 19 February 2010. For the avoidance of dispute, entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Campaign database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for any entry before the time of its receipt by the Organizer. |

Employees and officers (and their immediate families) of the Organizer and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.Immediate family refers to any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, common law spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first (1st) cousin. |

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry which contains pornography; sexual, obscene or indecent content, references to dangerous, unlawful or illegal acts, violence, material infringing copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or any other intellectual property/proprietary rights.Further, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is in the Organizer's opinion objectionable.It is the entrant's sole responsibility to ensure their entry's compatibility with the applicable laws. |

All entries (which shall include literary response) submitted become the exclusive property of the Organizer.Entries will not be returned to any entrant.As a condition of entering into this Campaign, each entrant consents, grants and licences the Organizer to use his or her entry in any media for an unlimited period and unconditionally for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. |

Each entrant warrants to the Organizer that his or her entry is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe any rights held by a third party.Each entrant further warrants that the information submitted is not defamatory, libellous, tortious in any way and does not contain any criminal or civil liability. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against all losses, damages, costs and claims (including any attorney fees) by third parties arising from any and all breaches of the above stated warranties. |

If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organizer, in their sole discretion and subject to relevant legislation, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with something of equal value and/or specification.The Organizer's determination of the value of the prize (of the part thereof) shall be taken as conclusive.Subject to the above stated, you acknowledge and agree that in no other way will the Organizer be liable for any acts, omission, events or circumstances which results in the delay, suspension or modification of this Campaign. |

Each entrant unconditionally consents to the Organizer use of the personal information of the entrant including without limitation the name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event the entrant is a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), disclosure to authorized third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers, and for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.Each entrant should request if he or her would like to access, update or correct information held by the Organizer. |

If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right and the sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by the law (a) to disqualify any entrant; (b) to modify, amend, supplement or change any of the Terms and Conditions and/or (c) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate. |

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Organizer (including their respective directors, officers, affiliates, employees and agents) excludes all liability, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Organizer's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Organizer); (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize by a winner(s) |

This Campaign and its Terms and Conditions shall be read, construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong. |
