"Over the top for one night!"

Stayed here one night passing back through Bangkok. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious; however, the Hangover II was the worst thing to happen to this hotel for the guests. The skyline bars and restaurants are now jammed with tourists taking their own photos drinking overpriced drinks. It is centrally located with a health club, pool (although hard to catch the sun or a view from the deck), many dining options, and full service spa. It's great to see for one night, but the rooftop has become an attraction (with all the attendant lines and crowds) in its own right.

We visited and had a large room including amenities such as laundry, dishwasher and more. When you walk out the balcony you have the noise from the air condition. The suite is OK however there is a lot of lacks....compared to other 5 star hotels. Also, the due to religion the restaurant is very limited to serving standard food for 5 stars hotels. The pool is small and limited choose amoung other hotels in BKK - We was very disappointed..

My husband booked this hotel for our stay in Bangkok and got the 3 bedroom suite. There was only 3 of us and one room was unoccupied for our entire stay. The suite had a doorbell, a living room, foyer, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, a walk in closet and best of all 4 balconies! The toiletries in all 3 bathrooms in each bedroom are Bvlgari and they smell so good. We woke up at sunrise every morning to enjoy the view of the city from our balconies which is amazing. This hotel also has the must see bar of the city, the Sky Bar. We had the best time in Thailand and this was the best place to stay in Bangkok. Total luxury.

We only went to the Sky Bar: The view from the Dome is great and unique. Best view of Bangkok by night. Enjoyable atmosphere, the cocktails and drinks are very good. An amazing live performed music. The staff is attentive and very nice.

Stayed in Bangkok on last night of 2 week holiday and wanted luxury, we arrived and they straight away charged us 5000b as a deposit this I did not like as it was pretty much our days spending money as last night so we were limited to spend in hotel so couldn't do what we wasted to on our last night! We paid for airport transfer but no-one there to pick us up!!! No apology when I told the hotel! They did however give me the high room requested! Pool is average n non smoking but u can in the restaurant opposite only if ur eating (yeah that makes sense) room is amazing tho and view is a must!
