I always find it helpful when guests at hotels can say a few words about the room categories that they have booked. Room types can vary tremendously in hotels and can either "make" or "spoil" your stay This hotel is a high-rise (30 storey building. I don't usually stay in such places unless I can get a room with a great view. I stated this in my requests and also sent an email to the hotel. I decided to go for a grand deluxe room hoping that this would increase the chances of my request being granted. Imagine my disappointment when I was told that my chosen room category had no view but faced the garden in a very claustrophobic environment. Agoda does not mention this in the room info. In fact, this is the "garden deluxe" as sold on the hotel website.I was misled and the hotel never stated that my room category was not eligible for a high floor. I ended up paying an extra 800 bhats per night for an executive suite on 29th floor. The room was comfortable although a bit dated. One bedroom and measuring 89sq m in total. Plenty of room for one person. Private balcony with an awesome view of lake and Sukhumvit skyline. Took a while for the air-con to kick in I'm quite sure that a lot of the rooms/floors are not used. Otherwise there would be utter chaos in the pool area and reception. Internet was good and no real issues with water pressure. Construction was going on below, but from the 29th floor, you don't hear anything. Room privilege was a late check-out (which I didn't need to use). A great place to chill and enjoy the views. All in all I had a pleasant stay. Hotel tuk-tuk takes you right up to Sukhumvit and the stroll back is safe and comfortably doable. Pool area is good for a dip. I would recommend this hotel for those who love views of the city....securing those floors is not easy though!

centrally located its a 5 star facility for a 3 star price Just a great place to stay in the centre of Bangkok The hotel is new and very clean and they upgraded me to a one bedroom suite which consisted of a fully functional kitchen a lounge room a dining room a study a large king bedroom a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate toilet the room service is exceptional and fast and just off the lobby is a salon, convenience store the pool and gym area are brilliant its 400 metres off the main road which is right at the train terminal and large shopping centre however this isnt a problem as they have a free shuttle back and forth whenever you want

We were looking for a reasonable accomodation with a pool, lots of space and close to transport options (train/taxi/boat) for our 2 week stay in Bangkok...and FOUND IT! The hotel is right down the street from all the expensive hotels (as in good location) and down a nice QUIET street...ideal for families. Ours was a 1 bedroom suite...and it was HUGE! Great view with a large bedroom, sitting room, great balcony, full bathroom (with tub and shower) and a full service kitchen including a washing machine (which took ages to use). There are 2 parks within 5 minutes of the hotel (one quite large/one obscure) with the possibilities of a leisure walk/swan boat ride in the lake/bike rentals and a much smaller one to chill after a long day. I must warn you of the LARGE lizards residing at the large park, but we enjoyed a few mornings here. The hotel pool was great...and the work out room was nice. Breakfast options were great...never tried the rest of the menu. You are close to a major grocery story which helps since our room had a full service kitchen. McDonalds is close by for picky eaters...Starbucks. A local pool hall/billiards bar was a great place to hang out and break up the day. The tram way was a 10 min walk and the hotel has a pickup/drop off service...the tram and cheap boat ferries can literally take you ANYWHERE you want to go. We had a great time in Bangkok and were very happy here! Highly recommend

I stayed in garden wing, which was comfortable for a single person. The room had all facilities, such as full fledged kitchen, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Electric Heater for cooking, Microwave Oven, Iron Box, Hair dryer, etc. Breakfast was complimentary, and had good varieties of food. Also there is a Market & Beauty Parlour within hotel premises. The hotel is around 100 metres far away from main road and the hotel has a Tuk Tuk free service till the main road.

The place is suitable for a family trip, as the room is a suite which is very spacious and equip with kitchen, washing machine & dryer. The bathroom even come with jacuzzi. The pool is nice, the hotel even come with a private steam bath & sauna room which can be enjoy by single/couple one at a time. (Privacy is just nice). Gym facilities is standard considering the size. The hotel have several spot of complimentary refreshment over the place (garden, reception area, gym, & pool side).. This include beverage (hot & cold), danish, & fruits (a plus for me). The only downside is, it's rather far away from the main road but then again, the hotel do provide shuttle service to the main road as plus. Overall stay is satisfactory.
