We stayed at Westin annually and have always enjoyed the good sized rooms and facilities . The location was excellent for shopping and eating with Pavillion, Lot 10 , Sg Wang , Jalan Imbi within walking distance . The hotel restaurants like QBA , Five Senses and Prego were excellent .

Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed 2 nights on our way through from Melbourne to Phuket purely to shop. We arrived around 9am and were checked in quickly and efficiently. We were upgraded from deluxe rooms to executive club rooms. Rooms are roomy, dean and comfortable. Bathroom is huge with a nice shower and bath. The beds are simply heaven and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.......I want their pillows. Buffet breakfast is a must as you can eat up big and skip lunch before heading out for a nice dinner. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Always ready to carry Shopping bags, hand you an umbrella or just have a chat. The bar downstairs is nice for a cocktail at the end of the day and to listen to the band. My only negative comment. We put our 'Make up room' sign out at around 10am when we headed off shopping. When we returned to do a bag drop around 4 staff were only just getting to our rooms. As we wanted a quick drink and rest this was a little inconvenient. Free wifi is only available in the lobby or breakfast area. We are back in KL in March 2014 and while no accommodation has been booked we will be staying at The Westin.

You cannot ask for a better location in KL. Right opposite Pavilion, walking distance from a number of shopping malls, and offers great views the higher up you stay. The hotel does nothing fancy, but meets all your expectations completely. The highlight was the service, and the breakfast buffet. The buffet had breath of options, tasted delicious. Absolutely recommended for people with sweet tooth. Service was impeccable too. For example, I had to take some urgent print outs at 1 am. The reception guy let me use their pc, and rushed himself to bring forward the printed sheets. This is just one of numerous examples. Great many thanks to Mandy - the manager in Westin for being so helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was the pool.

Pick this hotel at friend's recommendation. I am from KL, but decided to pamper myself for 2 days. Stayed in the executive floor. Was very happy with the service, comfy bed, good breakfast. Tried to be difficult and they handed it well :) haha.. I am bring my parents for a night or two.

The beds and pillows were fantastic. The meals and food were excellent with a great variety available, catering for all tastes. The facilities were good and clean and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Close to all shopping precincts. Would highly recommend to all travellers.
