Qualifying Transactions: Membership Rewards® Points may be redeemed for:
(d) Travel insurance (Must be booked in conjunction with a flight or a package)
(e) Booking fees, taxes and surcharges
Transactions Excluded: Membership Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for the following:
(a) All bookings made on mobile apps
(b) Bookings paid with Travel e-vouchers
(c) Low Cost Carrier Bookings (including but not limited to Jetstar, Scoot, Tiger)
(d) Car hire
(e) Travel insurance purchased without flights or hotels
(f) Purchase of Travel e-vouchers
Refunds: Your request for a refund of an airfare booked on the ZUJI Hong Kong website is governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare you purchased and are as determined by the airlines. Many fares are non-refundable. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply.
Your request for a refund of a hotel booking made on the ZUJI Hong Kong website is governed by the terms and conditions of that hotel. Cancellation fees may apply.
Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund may take up to 12 weeks. This is beyond the control of ZUJI Hong Kong. When a refund is applicable the total booking price in dollars would be refunded to your credit card less any applicable charges.
ZUJI Hong Kong shall only be liable to provide a refund to you to the extent that that it actually receives a refund from the relevant airline or other third party. Where refunds are due to you from third party suppliers of travel products or services, ZUJI Hong Kong will provide reasonable assistance to you in claiming such funds from those suppliers. In that situation, ZUJI Hong Kong is authorised (but not obliged) to seek such refunds from the third party supplier of travel products or services directly and on its own behalf
