United Global FirstSM is available on three-cabin aircraft on trans-Pacific routes.  It offers customers a higher level of privacy and comfort, a flat-bed seat, priority airport services and more-personal attention. Boeing 747-400 and some 777-200 aircraft feature a 6 foot, 6 inch/ 1.98 m long, 23.5 inch/60 cm wide flat-bed seat, with a personal on demand entertainment system on a 15.4-inch/39cm video monitor.

Other Global First amenities include laptop power, USB ports, noise reduction headsets, additional storage compartments, more-comfortable bedding, amenity kits featuring philosophy® skin care products and a multi-course meal with complimentary wines.

United BusinessFirst

United BusinessFirst®, available on three- and two-cabin aircraft on all trans-Pacific routes, offers a superior business-class service. On Boeing 747-400, 777-200, 787-8, and 787-9 aircraft, the BusinessFirst seat reclines 180 degrees into a 6-foot, 6 inch/1.98 m lie-flat bed. Features of the flat-bed seats include a personal on-demand entertainment system with a 15.4 inch/39 cm touch-screen monitor. BusinessFirst amenities include laptop power, USB ports, noise-reduction headsets, amenity kits featuring philosophy® skin care products, duvet-style blankets and a multi-course meal with complimentary wines.

United Economy

United Economy on trans-Pacific and intra-Asia routes offers complimentary food, soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee and inflight entertainment. Wines, beer and spirits are available for purchase. Seats on Boeing 787-8 and 777-200 aircraft on trans-Pacific routes feature an adjustable headrest and a personal on-demand entertainment system entertainment system. On Boeing 747-400 aircraft, United has begun installing Wi-Fi-enabled wireless entertainment. This new option offers customers on-demand programming from a library of movies and television shows through its wireless network. Customers may access these entertainment options with a host of portable electronic devices, including many laptops, smartphones and tablets.
