Change or Cancel My Booking

Tip: There will be a ZUJI fee of HKD150 per person if you submit your flight changes or cancellation request online.  If you request for changes and cancellation over the phone via ZUJI Customer Service Hotline (+852 800 938 600), you will be charged a ZUJI fee of HKD250 per person. Please note: extra airline fees will apply.

Note: Any changes to your existing hotel booking requires a cancellation. Please first check the hotel's cancellation policy on your voucher as there may be penalties. To proceed with a cancellation, click the 'next' button below. You may re-book afterwards if required.
